A Concept Refined Over a Quarter of a Century
The Great Farewell to Summer in Iłów is our proprietary event format, which we have been developing for 25 years. The key to the success of this jubilee edition lay in preserving the festival’s unique, signature atmosphere while seamlessly integrating modern, world-class production standards.
Our Scope of Work
We executed the project using a comprehensive, 360-degree approach, maintaining full control over every stage of production:
- Script & Directing: We designed a dynamic, multi-hour spectacle. Our team ensured seamless transitions between live acts, strategic pacing to build momentum throughout the line-up, and engaging hosting/MC management that kept a crowd of tens of thousands fully energized.
- Executive Production: We coordinated the workflow of hundreds of professionals – spanning complex site logistics, comprehensive artist management (booking, contracts, hospitality), technical crew coordination, as well as health, safety, and legal compliance.
- Technical Production & AV: We deployed a massive festival stage outfitted with cutting-edge sound systems and high-definition LED screens. Our custom lighting design delivered an immersive visual experience, ensuring the show looked stunning both live and on camera.
The Outcome
The 25th edition proved that our time-tested production workflows deliver flawless results. The entire event ran smoothly and 100% according to schedule, providing a safe, top-tier entertainment experience for tens of thousands of attendees, while guaranteeing professional, seamless backstage and on-stage operations for all performing artists.
